Charlotte Dragon Boat Association (CDBA) is a nonprofit organization created in 2005 to promote the sport of dragon boating in our region. CDBA now has over 60 active and 220+plus affiliated members. We have assisted a number of cities and towns in their Dragon Boat events in the Carolinas and other states in the Southeast. Our own competitive teams, Charlotte Fury and Charlotte Surge, have represented us well in races along the East Coast, nationally, and in international races by some of our crew members.
